ADDC Kishtwar took review of 14th FC and B2V3 works in a meeting of RDD
Besides approves 10 cases of different nature under SDRF in DDMA meeting

Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Sham Lal today today took a detailed review of the physical and financial status of ongoing works under 14th FC, B2V3 here in a meeting of officers of Rural Development Department and Panchayati Raj at his office chamber.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Commissioner Panchayat Zakir Hussain Wani, Assistant Commissioner Development Atul Dutt Sharma,District Panchayat Officer Kishtwar Sunil Bhutyal besides the BDOs.
At the outset,the chair was apprised about panchayat-wise and work-wise status of works undertaken in 14th FC and B2V3 in district.
During the meeting special thrust was given on the timely physical and financial completion of the works taken up under various heads like wise 14th FC and B2V3 and the concerned BDOs were stressed to complete the works physically and financially within the 15 days.
Besides the BDOs were asked to undertake extensive field visits for on spot appraisal and expeditious completion of the works and timely utilization of funds.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADDC Kishtwar stressed on the concerned officers to take all possible measures to accelerate the pace of work on different projects.He asked the ACP and ACD Kishtwar to share the the Panchayat-wise and the work-wise progress of the works in his office on daily basis so that the timely completion of the works projected in the financial year is ensured.
Furthermore ACD Kishtwar was asked to submitt the Performance Appraisal Report of the MGNREGA staff by 2nd of May 2022 in his office in prescribed format so that it is submitted before the Committee constituted by meeting for further action.
Meanwhile in a separate meeting of District Disaster Management Authority Convened by Nodal officer SDRF/ADDC Kishtwar, 10 cases were cleared after proper examination and verification by DDMA members.
A total of 13 cases of different nature were received in order to provide the relief to affected families due to natural calamities under SDRF.
The Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar stressed the concerned officers for timely submission of the cases so that the relief is disbursed to the stakeholders in timely manner.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Kishori Lal Sharma, SDM Chatroo Inderjeet Singh Parihar,SDM Paddar Varunjeet Singh Charak,concerned Tehsildars, AO DC office , Kishtwar Imran Ahmed Kichloo,XEns besides others.
