Prabhat Pheri” taken out at Kishtwar to sensitize public about ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign

In an effort to sensitise people about the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign, the District Administration in collaboration with School Education Department and District Youth Services & Sports Department Kishtwar today took out a “Prabhat Pheri” and road show of school students here in the Town Kishtwar.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar and SSP Kishtwar Shafqat Hussain Bhat flagged off the Prabhat Pheri here from Kokila Chowk,Kuleed Chowk near 100 feet High Mast National Flag.
ADDC Kishtwar Shama Lal; Ad SP Kishtwar, Rajinder Singh; ACD Kishtwar, Atul Dutt Sharma; DPO Kishtwar,Sunil Bhutyal; CEO Kishtwar,Sudershan Kumar Sharma; DYSSO Kishtwar Kharati Lal Sharma besides other Civil and Police Officers, teaching staff also attended the event.
More than 200 students drawn from different schools took part in programme and motivated public to put up national flag at their houses and buy the Tricolour from the Administration.
The gusto and effervescence of the children was contagious with patriotic songs playing the perfect foil for culminating the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ fervour.
During the Prabhat pheries the participants raised slogans like “Bharat Mata ki jai”, “Vande Mataram”, “Har ghar tiranga, har man tiranga”, “Vijayee vishwa tiranga pyara-jhanda uncha rahe hamaara” and reached Main Bus stand Kishtwar via Dak banglow,Shaheedi Mazar,Police station Kishtwar then returned back to Kokila Chowk, Kuleed Kishtwar.
DC kishtwar appreciated all the departments who are playing a vital role in the campaign under ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’.
Pertinent to mention that a special campaign is being run by the administration on social media to motivate and sensitise people for Har Ghar Tiranga.
