DC Kishtwar Sh. Devansh Yadav (IAS) inspects Jamabandi Digitisation Centres

KISHTWAR, 27th August 2022.

Sh. Devansh Yadav (IAS) after taking over as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar today visited various digitisation of Jamabandi centres established at different designated locations viz at DC Office Complex Kishtwar, in the Premises of Tehsil Office Complex Kishtwar and other locations to take first hand appraisal of the digitization exercise in these centres.

 



He was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Revenue Kishtwar Varunjeet Singh Charak, Tehsildars, NTs and other officials.

During the inspection, the Deputy Commissioner took stock of the progress of digitisation of Jamabandies and passed on necessary directions to the concerned.



ACR gave a detailed Tehsil wise resume of digitization of Jamabandi and updation of revenue records in these centres.



DC Kishtwar stressed upon the concerned Tehsildars to gear up the field functionaries to accomplish the task within the set deadline of 9th September for the completion of the task.



Further, he directed the concerned heads to rationalise and utilise the services of the technical staff/operators from other departments in the exercise of digitisation of Jamabandies, if needed.



During the inspection he also reviewed the progress of uploading of revenue records under PM-Kissan and impressed upon the officers and officials of Department of Agriculture and farmers welfare to work in tandem with Revenue officials to complete the updation and maintenance of land record in time bound manner for streamlining the revenue records and making revenue records easily accessible to the public through online based platforms.



Meanwhile, DC along with ADDC Kishtwar Sham Lal also meet with a Hungarian National at Helipad Army camp at Kishtwar who lost his way in Umasi-La Pass in Himalayan Ranges while trekking and later was rescued and uplifted for treatment by Indian Army along with Airforce under supervision of District Administration Kishtwar.



DC Kishtwar enquired about his well being and assured him for every possible help.
