Jan Abhiyan: DC Kishtwar reviews the achievements under key deliverables and Online Services of revenue Sector
Stressed for expediting the generation of Land Passbooks under AZAN and timely Redressal of public grievances
Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr Devansh Yadav (IAS) today chaired a meeting of officers of the Revenue Department here at the conference Hall DC office complex Kishtwar and reviewed the progress achieved in the key deliverables of the revenue department besides stressing to redress the grievances of people in a timely manner.
The meeting was attended by ADC Kishtwar Kishori Lal Sharma, ACR Kishtwar Varunjeet Singh Charak, SDM Chatroo Inderjeet Singh Parihar, SDM Paddar Dr Rishi Kumar Sharma, SDM Marwah Dr Mohsin Raza, Tehsildar HQ Chander Shekhar Sharma besides Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars.
While reviewing the key deliverables of the revenue sector, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar stressed the concerned officers to expedite the generation of Land Passbooks under Apki Ki Zameen Apki Nigrani in each Tehsil and distribute the land Passbooks among the beneficiaries under the ongoing Jan Abhiyan programme.
Besides, Deputy Commissioner also stressed focus on the deliverance of online services in the department for ease of public and bringing transparency and accountability.
Meanwhile, various important issues like formulation of a concrete plan for the evacuation of state land, prompt disposal of the pending court cases, and timely redressal of grievances were also discussed in the meeting and the concerned were directed to take concrete action for the resolution of these issues.
The issues pertaining to the necessary modification, Addition, and Deletion of the voter’s list under the Special Summary Revision of the Electoral Roll-22 were also highlighted and discussed in the meeting.ERO/AERO was directed to work in tandem to ensure the successful completion of SSR-22.
In the meeting, the SDMs, tehsildars and other concerned were also educated about their Roles and responsibilities during the upcoming Back to Village programme and they were asked to work in tandem nd synchronise their efforts for making the upcoming Back to Village edition programme a grand success by pushing the developmental tempo of the district.
