DC Kishtwar Chairs the District Level Implementation Committee meeting

Approves 13 cases under Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI)

District Level Implementation Committee (DLIC) meeting under Spurring Entrepreneurship Initiative (SEI) was today held under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Ashok Sharma here at VC room DC complex Kishtwar. In the meeting, 17 cases under SEI were put forward for approval, 13 cases were approved, 03 cases were put on hold subject to further feasibility checked by the concerned department One of the cases was rejected owing to the reason that the applicant had already availed benefits under Government Schemes.

In the DLIC meeting, the applicants were interviewed regarding their projected activity and DLIC members shared their valuable suggestions with them. Speaking on the occasion, the DC Kishtwar stressed upon all the applicants to work with Honesty and dedication besides asking them to judiciously utilize the resources to avail gainful self-employment avenues. Among others, the meeting was attended by DSWO, Kishtwar Tariq Parvez Qazi, LDM Kishtwar Nasir Hussain Bhat, AD Employment Amit Kumar, Principal ITI, FM DIC, Employment Officer DE&CC, Representatives from JKEDI, Cluster Office J&K Bank along with applicants.
