DC Kishtwar conducts surprise inspection of CEO Office complex Kishtwar

Kishtwar, Oct 3rd.

To check the functioning and punctuality of employees, Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar Dr Devansh Yadav-IAS today conducted a surprise inspection of Offices of Chief Education Officer & Deputy CEO Kishtwar.

During the inspection, the DC checked the arrival/attendence register , functioning of the Biometric attendance system, movement register of the employees and service deliverance.

He passed strict directions to the officer for maintaining punctuality and movement registers in the office

Besides, he directed the CEO Kishtwar Sudarshan Kumar Sharma to adhere to the office timings strictly so that the general public do not face any inconvenience besides directed the officer and staff to maintain work culture and punctuality and ensure prompt redressal of public grievances by adding that district administration is committed to ensure good governance and prompt service delivery to the general public of the district.

He said that district administration won’t tolerate irresponsible behavior of any employee towards their duties and if any complaint regarding the unauthorised absence of any employee is found, the same shall be dealt with strictly.

He also discussed with the CEO Kishtwar and concerned in-charges about the School Management Committees and developmental projects taken under different heads.

He inspected various sections of the CEO office,interacted with staff members, took personal appraisal of infrastructure and other facilities besides checked Cleanliness.

Meanwhile, he directed officer for maintaining the cleanliness in and around the office premises and in the stock Rooms.
