In 2011, when Kishtwar barely appeared in any internet search result, Pradeep Parihar made a bold decision — to change that. He launched mykishtwar.com as an act of deep love for his homeland, painstakingly documenting every tehsil, pilgrimage route, cultural tradition, and natural landmark of the district — all freely accessible to the world.
🏅 Recognition
Named by Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha in his monthly Talk Show ‘Awaam ki Awaaz’ for tourism promotion suggestions — and personally credited by international mountaineer Bernd Looft for bringing Kishtwar to the global tourism map.
