DDC Chairperson, DC Kishtwar inaugurated donated Ambulance

_Also flags off “Swasthya Rath” to spread awareness under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan_

KISHTWAR, September 09: District Development Council (DDC) Chairperson Kishtwar Pooja Thakur in presence of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar Dr. Devansh Yadav (IAS) today inaugurated and flagged off a donated Ambulance to PHC Dachhan from DC Office Complex Kishtwar here.

The Ambulance has been donated by Chenab Valley Power Projects Pvt. Ltd (CVPPPL) and dedicated to Public today.

Speaking on the occasion, the DDC Chairperson Kishtwar congratulated the general public and said that the Ambulance will augment the emergency medicare facility and benefit the people.

She also expressed her gratitude to Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, CVPPL and Health Authorities.

“Swashtya Rath” of Mobile Medical Unit Kishtwar in coordination with Social Welfare Department Kishtwar to spread awareness about the harmful and fatal effects of the menace of drug abuse under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.

The Swashtya Rath fitted with louderspeakers shall announce the ill effects of drug abuse while moving across the hostspot areas of District Kishtwar.
