Nagseni, full of scenic beauty, is located on the east of Kishtwar town, which is surrounded by forests. This place has been named after the Budhist Preacher Nagseen. The route from Kajangal (Kunja) passes through Kujagala to village Bhattan, the Vattaniya Ashram of Milindo-Panho. This Pargana consisted of Kwar Tenji, Bhagna, Chandna, Bhattan, Dumzi, Dajla, Chnignana, Galhar, Bhata, Piyas, Bhata Semna, Ajana, Chhichha, Sazar and Cheerji villages.






Nagseni is also famous for some springs. Among these springs, Gumai Nag is considered very scared. Hindu consider these springs sacred and holy and offer some offerings there.
